 2nd Wednesday each month - Success Meetings:September 8, 2010 ProgramMichele O'BrienJoin us this evening as we discuss a process to help you get a clear picture of where you are now, where you'd like to be, and how to get there. We'll also discuss how we can take our goals and "chunk" them down into manageable, achievable pieces. By the end of the session you'll have started developing a plan that can assist you in implementing the strategies and actions steps necessary to help you achieve your objectives. None of us lack for the things we want to accomplish in our lives, in our careers, the goals we want to achieve. However, when it comes to implementing the action steps necessary to achieve our objectives, do we have plan? Do we set annual goals that we wait until the end of the year to start working towards? Are our objectives so broad that we don't know where to begin? Michele provides business advisory services, concentrating on process improvement and personal development. This includes planning, developing and facilitating a variety of learning opportunities, focused on continuously improving business and interpersonal skills, helping individuals achieve their personal development objectives. It also involves working with organizations, identifying and evaluating ways to improve processes and drive strategic change. Michele is also actively involved with various professional organizations and community groups as a speaker and workshop facilitator. New Times
